Rental Guidelines

Pricing

Each rental item is priced as a 3 day period. This provides ample time to set-up before and to take down after your event. Rates for longer periods are available. The rental price does not include any taxes, delivery charges, or damage waivers. Rental charges apply to all items whether they are used or not. Additional charges are assessed for late returns.

Deposits

A 50% deposit on your rental item is needed to confirm your reservation to ensure that items are held exclusively for your event. This deposit is non-refundable. Orders can be made by visiting our showroom or over the phone using a credit card.

Payment

We accept cash, check, or credit card. All orders must be paid in full 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup. No orders will be scheduled for delivery until full payment is received.

Additions

Additions are welcome up to 48 hours prior to your event based upon availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes. Please contact us a soon a possible.

Delivery Service

Delivery is available for a fee $35.00. Food service items are sanitized and individually wrapped. Simply remove the wrap and they are ready for use. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient location on delivery.

Pick Up Service

Pick Up service is available for a fee of $35.00. All food service equipment should be rinsed free of food and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Chairs and tables are delivered stacked and must be stacked by the customer for pick up.

Returns

All food service equipment must be rinsed free of food and repacked properly in the containers provided. Cleaning charges will be assessed for items requiring more than the normal cleaning process. All linen rentals are expected to be returned in the same quantity and condition as they are received in, i.e. no tears, rips, holes, or wax stains. You must remove the food and debris from all linen. Food left on the linen will mold. Linens that are returned with Mold and Mildew on them cannot be cleaned and the customer will be required to pay a replacement cost as stated in the contract. Replacements costs will apply to any linen returned rendered unusable.

Customer Responsibility

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of the rental to the time of return. If the equipment is delivered, the customer assumes responsibility from the time of delivery until the equipment is picked up. Equipment must be secured at all times and protected from the elements. We do charge for missing or damaged equipment. Any equipment not returned within 5 days is considered missing.
